Is the win rate audited?
Every signal — fired, closed, invalidated — is logged with timestamp, entry, stop, target, and price context. The dashboard shows the rolling 12-month and 30-day win rate; you can export the raw CSV from the terminal.
Which markets do you cover?
FX majors and crosses (EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, GBPJPY, USDCAD, EURJPY, NZDUSD), commodities (XAUUSD, XAGUSD), and indices (NAS100, SPX500, US30). All three plans receive signals for every market — plans differ by tools and delivery, not by markets.
How fast are the alerts?
Median end-to-end latency from bar close to your phone is 0.9s; p95 is 1.8s. Latency is published live on the status page.
Do you take custody of funds?
No. Apex Pulse is a signal service — we never hold or trade client funds. You execute on your own broker.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — any paid plan can be cancelled in one click from your account. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
How does the trial work?
Pick a plan, add it to your cart, and complete checkout with a card. The first 7 days are not charged; cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing. After day 7 the plan starts billing automatically.
Refund policy?
14-day money-back on the first paid month, no questions asked. Annual plans are pro-rated on cancellation.
